Sad news BlackBerry fans: the BlackBerry Bold’s launch on AT&T has been delayed until August. AT&T and RIM need more time to deal with overheating and software issues with battery life, according to The Boy Genius Report. The BlackBerry Bold is still on target to launch on Canada’s Rogers Mobile shortly.

According to Gizmodo’s inside sources, the upcoming iPhone 2.0 firmware will hit Gold Master (ready for public release) this Friday.
