A recent patent filing from by Apple reveals a few new features that could be implemented into the next iPhone.  Nothing conclusive, but in the filing we do see the Adobe Flash and Windows Media icon. Adding support for Flash has been a long requested feature, but adding Windows Media support as well would be a shocker. Of course, patent filings don’t always mean something, they are just possibilities. Can’t wait to see what else Apple could be cooking up for us in iPhone firmware 2.0!
