iPhone news: Vodafone will carry iPhone in 10 countries, AT&T says no vacations during mid-summer, Apple updates iPhone SDK beta

Today was a busy day in iPhone news, so let’s get started.
- Vodafone announced a deal with Apple today that they will carry iPhone in Australia, the Czech Republic, Egypt, Greece, Italy, India, Portugal, New Zealand, South Africa and Turkey. The phone will be available later this year, so stay tuned for more details.
- The Boy Genius Report leaked an internal AT&T memo today, stating that vacations will be unavailable from June 15 to July 12 due to “projected increased traffic and an exciting new promotion/product launch.” In other words, Apple’s releasing the 3G iPhone and AT&T wants everyone there to make sure the launch goes well.
- Last but not least, Apple released the fifth beta of the iPhone SDK today and it seems like it just has some bug fixes and interface updates.
