Great mockups of rumored new MacBook and MacBook Pro

There are definitely some talented Apple fanboys out there, and one of them did some really great mockups of the supposed upcoming MacBook and MacBook Pro revision. What’s been floating around the web is that the new MacBook line will change its design and feature a new aluminum case, meaning better for the environment, a more sophisticated look, and the death of Apple’s new black, and classic white. The MacBook Pro will, however, get a facelift as well since it has been almost three years since a real design change for the model. As you can see, the above images look nice and show a path that Apple could take.

What’s funny, though, is that earlier today these mockups were considered to be leaked from Apple HQ in Cupertino. Steve Jobs keeps to tight of a ship on his monkeys to let them slip something as big as new laptops though, he loves giving the world the glorious new products himself. The best guess for a real release date on these puppies, lets go with this June at WWDC. So let’s count off our WWDC checklist: a new 3G iPhone + 32GB + 2.0 and App Store, new MacBooks, new MacBook Pro, and some are even suggesting a update to the Mac Mini (bare in mind, it still has Mini in its name, it’s that old.) That’s a big old wish list right there, so lets hope Steve Jobs sees it.
