iPhone Dev Team loves April Fools’ Day – ceases to exist, cancels PwnageTool’s public release

pwned.jpg

April Fool’s Day comes early with the iPhone Dev Team’s “announcement“ of their “immediate withdrawal from the iPhone development arena.”

Apparently, they had been approached by an “unnamed party” that bought the Dev Team’s “intellectual property and related applications.” The Dev Team also stated that they had ceased work and the PwnageTool will not be released. Again, be sure to realize that this is an April Fool’s Day joke.

The Dev Team is not being dismantled, and the PwnageTool will be released next week.
