Before it’s even officially out, the iPhone Dev Team has already “Pwned” the iPhone 2.0 (really 1.2.o) firmware, meaning that it is completely unlocked and can run any application. The firmware will let you basically do anything you want to the phone. Install apps (both Apple Approved and non-approved) and install patches, and unlock the phone to any GSM carrier around the world. For even more enjoyment, the Dev Team says it will be “hard to close… And Apple will not really be able to patch it this time…”  The Dev Team has also posted a video of the leaked 2.0 firmware and it has features like:

• Parental Controls
• the App Store
• SDK Support
• Mass email deletion
• Enterprise support
• NO Spotlight Search as of now
