Why not these ways:

1) Jailbreak the beast (which, from what I understand, is easy to do nowadays)

2) Have the dev email the app to people and pick it up via iPhone/Touch email app (you see here that I don&#039;t have either, so this common-sense method might not actually work)

I&#039;d go for #1.  In fact, with compelling enough apps that Apple won&#039;t approve for iTunes Store distribution, many people might go that route too.</description>
