Happy 50th Anniversary LEGO!

Thanks to Google, let us all be reminded of everyone’s most favorite childhood toy, the LEGO. Google’s homepage is decked out with a Lego Google logo.
Today, January 28, 2008, is the 50th anniversary of the company. Millions of LEGO’s have been created, and lets take a moment to appreciate such a great company :).
But seriously, haven’t you ever wondered where its name originated from?
Well, here’s something I like to call–LEGO 101!
It got its name from the two Danish words, Leg and Godt, which mean Play and Well.
