At first, everyone thought that this day would never come, but gladly, it has. iPhone/iPod Touch firmware 1.1.3 is completely Jailbroken! They’ve released a video of the jailbreak in action with the icons “jiggling” and then showing an Installer icon and opening it. Thanks to the Dev team and the Elite Crew who figured this out [so quickly!] The method of Jailbreak is not too complicated, and it will not be released to the public until Apple releases the SDK for the iPhone. The reason they’re not releasing the update is because if they released it now, Apple will patch it and update it before the SDK. So they’re gonna wait until the SDK is released and then let us have the best of both worlds with both official 3rd party applications and unofficial applications from the jailbreak.
