Shock of shocks, Apple released an update to iPhone and iPod touch today. The release (number 1.1.3) is very similar to the leaked firmware a couple of weeks ago. Apple released its accessory to Time Machine today. It combines the Airport Extreme with 802.11n and a backup drive thats either 500GB or 1TB. Apple announced that all major studios have signed on to release rentals on the iTunes store. $2.99 for the older titles and $3.99 for new releases. HD movies will also be available for $1 more.
