Motorola’s new touch phone “ROKR E8″
Motorola’s joined the touch market after its CES Motorola event. The ROKR E8 has no physical keys except for a navigation dial in the middle. The phone has a 3.5mm headphone jack, 2 GB of storage with a microSD slot for expandable space, a 2 megapixel camera, and an FM radio. When its touch keys are “pressed” it vibrates for that tactile response. Since we’re not lucky enough to be at CES this year (hopefully next year we’ll get some press passes) we couldn’t get a hands on, but both Engadget and Gizmodo have some nice galleries of the phone. No word on prices or a launch date, but this does look like a pretty cool looking device. More on this and other cool CES news soon.
