Well, as you probably know its Christmas today. So I was lucky enough to get some great gifts. I had already opened 2 of my gifts early–XO laptop and Rock Band (review of Rock Band very soon)–so I didn’t expect to get any thing else that was big. But, I was surprised to get the very popular Flip Video Ultra in black with 2GB on storage.The Flip Video Ultra is pretty cool, I must say. The screen on it may be tiny, but it’s good enough to look at what your recording. The quality isn’t that great, but it’s good enough for Youtube (which is exactly what it’s meant to be used for). If you want a high-quality, large storage, amazing video camera, the Flip Video isn’t what you’re looking for. If you want something that’s small, easy to carry around, and great for taking to the beach with your friends to take funny videos, the Flip is what you’re looking for. It’s simple and easy to use. All you do is push the big red button in the center and you’re recording. It runs on two AA batteries and that’s pretty much all you need.
